The International Child Mental Health \u2013 Study Group (ICMH-SG)<\/strong> is committed to advancing cross-cultural research and practice in child and adolescent mental health (CAMH).<\/p>\n

Bringing together a global network of practitioners and researchers who think globally and act locally, ICMH-SG promotes equity and inspires meaningful engagement in CAMH across diverse settings.<\/p>\n

Our mission<\/strong> is to empower individuals worldwide to conduct high-quality cross-cultural research and implement best practices in CAMH\u2014especially in underdeveloped and developing regions\u2014by including children, adolescents, families, professionals, and communities.<\/p>\n

Our vision<\/strong> is to improve CAMH practice globally by integrating rigorous cross-cultural research with the clinical expertise of practitioners. We strive to create a dynamic and inclusive space where research and clinical insight inform each other\u2014enhancing care and innovation across diverse cultural and resource contexts. We view \u201ccross-cultural\u201d<\/strong><\/em> as encompassing variations not only in social and contextual factors, but also in genetic, epigenetic, neuroscientific, and clinical dimensions of CAMH.<\/p>\n
